Method

We built the tooling before we bought the stock.

Choosing what to sell is the decision that determines everything after it. Get it wrong and no amount of good marketing recovers the money already sitting in a warehouse. So before ordering anything, we built the analysis to make that decision properly.

Every candidate product is measured against its own sales history rather than a hunch: how consistently it sells, whether demand is growing or fading, how seasonal it is, how entrenched the existing sellers are, and whether the category is one Amazon competes in directly.

Then the arithmetic. Referral fees, fulfilment charges by size and weight, storage for as long as the stock realistically sits, returns, advertising, freight billed on volume rather than weight, import duty, customs, and an allowance for defects. Only what survives all of that becomes a product we ask a factory to quote.
